“Exterior Craft replaced 48 upper balconies and 4 lower porches with LockDry® aluminum decking at Ottawa Carleton Standard Condominium Corporation (OCSCC) #698 over six weeks in June and July of 2012. The total cost of this major project was almost $200,000.00 (labour and material).
Tim Beadle (owner of Exterior Craft) was instrumental in carrying out this project to the complete satisfaction of the Board of Directors of OCSCC #698. Before the project began Tim brought forward many suggestions with regard to the method of installation of the LockDry® which were innovative as this type of project had never been carried out before.
Tim’s employees always came to work early and any interaction with residents was handled in a professional manner. The workers cleaned up the work site at the end of every day.
The project was completed on time and on budget. The Board of Directors considered Exterior Craft as having completely met and exceeded all their expectations and beyond.

We had a number of companies come in to quote for a new deck and tear down. Most did not have the answers to our concerns and made the process confusing. A friend recommended Exterior Craft and showed us their Azek deck and how pleased they were with Tim and his crew.What a breath of fresh air when he came by with his framer and both had suggestions and they worked with us to give us what we wanted along with discussing the pros and cons of cedar,composite and PVC decks. The crew was on time, kept the workplace clean and were very respectful. Couldn't have had a more positive experience and even the minor concerns along the way were addressed and taken care of to our satisfaction without questioning. 100% satisfied and would highly recommend Tim and his crew.

It was very easy to communicate with Mr. Beadle - he was always available to answer my questions and did so promptly. The work was done when he said it would be and in the time estimated. this despite very bad weather for outside work this year. He got the back deck done quicky so that I would have it for use during the summer such as the weather permitted. He waited until there were enough clear days to tear down and rebuild the front porch so that I was not left with a gaping hole while it rained. The final result was a very satisfactory job at the cost budgetted. I highly recommend him to do similar outdoor work - professional and personable.

We are very pleased with the deck Tim did for us -- not only did he take the extra time to create a design that met our wishlist (no railing, low maintenance, fit with existing landscaping), he provided prompt and thorough answers to numerous emails we had about materials and process, and came to our home a number of times before starting the project to discuss the design. In addition, he arranged for us to view a previous client's deck to see how the Azek looked in place.
